Are you a yoga teacher looking to recharge and deepen your understanding of yoga and contemplative practices?
Are you a yoga student interested in exploring yoga as a teaching path?
Are you a community member curious about yoga as a complementary spiritual discipline?
Then join our friends from The Samarya Center for this incredibly transformative retreat, open to all levels of experience, all walks of life and all spiritual practices. This two-week residential training is an opportunity for self-reflection and exploration through the practice and teachings of yoga. As students explore yoga in relationship to their own lives and belief systems, they will discover their ability to share these ancient healing techniques in their communities in myriad ways.
Molly Lannon Kenny, the lead teacher on the retreat, has been teaching yoga and spiritual life for almost twenty years. She is largely unsurpassed in the breadth and scope of her experience, including working extensively in end-of-life care, with returning veterans, with life-threatening spinal cord injuries, with children with severe autism and their families, with survivors of trauma, as well as with healthy young bodies enjoying the physicality of their practice.
