For over 30 years the Grünewald Guild has served as a creative and innovative example to the world of the transformative power of art and the sacred within the context of community. We are an ecumenical Christian community that embraces people of all journeys and traditions, serving as a sanctuary for their exploration of art, faith and the mystery of creation.
A magical exploration of the musical arts with four exceptional artists. From songwriting to performance to production, this week will offer a rich experience that no lover of music will want to miss! Any level of skill or experience is welcomed. A number of breakout sessions will be offered, so participants can choose which to be a part:
+ Songwriting Sessions with Jan, Tom & Cary
+ Tunings and Performance with Pierce
+ Home Recording with (Jan's husband) Alan Finkbeiner & Tom
+ Song workshops with all the instructors
+ And of course informal jams and discussions all week long!
Participants will be invited to perform their songs with the entire community at our ever-popular coffeehouse. The week concludes with all four instructors giving a benefit concert for the Guild in Leavenworth. Join us!
