Come participate in Interconnectedness: What the Forest Teaches Us, a Yoga + Art Retreat with YogaMass® Founder and Author Gena Davis and Vonda Drees in their third collaboration of art and yoga, creativity and movement! Experience painting and yoga as both spiritual discipline and prayer, while connecting with the magical stirrings of the forest.
March 25 – 28, 2020 at the Grünewald Guild
Our retreat begins with dinner at 6:00pm on Wednesday evening, March 25, and runs through Saturday, March 28, with breakfast and a sending celebration.
Join Gena and Vonda in this long weekend retreat where we will practice meditation in motion through yoga, walking the labyrinth, and gentle nature walks exploring the creative part of ourselves through movement, painting, and listening to the forest as teacher. We will awaken our senses to the interconnectedness of ourselves with creation.
