Theme:

At the Grünewald Guild, we believe that art is not just about creating beautiful pieces – it’s about forging new paths, honoring our curiosity, and finding your unique way in the world. That’s why we’ve chosen the theme of “Waymaking” for this year’s program – to inspire you to embark on your own creative journey and discover the endless possibilities that lie ahead.
Entry Guidelines
- Applicants must be age 16 or older
- You may submit 1-5 original pieces.
- Works must be represented accurately in submitted images or media.
- Submissions of physical artwork must include accurate dimensions and weight.
- Images: submitted as jpegs with 300 dpi/ppi quality.
- Text: submitted as pdf file.
- Video: submitted as mp4 file
- Audio: submitted as mp3 file
- Accepted works that differ significantly from submission details will be disqualified.

- Submitted artwork must be gallery-ready
- Frames recommended for 2D artwork on paper but not required
- Size and weight limitations:
- Large pieces must be structurally sound or able to be installed safely without risk of falling
- Large 3D artwork must be able to be easily transported by 1-2 people and 50lbs or less.
Exhibition Prospectus:
Entry Fee Payment. Please include the applicant’s name as well as number of submissions under the “Comments” section of the Payment Information. Make sure all information matches the information submitted in the application.
